Especially if it's negative or overly critical. It's taken me a while to realize this on my own, but the more experienced I get and the harder I work at my photography the less I care about opinions and more about satisfying myself.

Kind regards,
ChrisAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10619315515850023787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6567908322012999511.post-14044785216357460842012-02-28T12:59:04.719-07:002012-02-28T12:59:04.719-07:00Well said John. I lost a lot of respect for many photographers I thought highly of with comments on this photo.
I am with you, I quite like it, for me, digital photography allows a whole new art age if people do not like something they just need to say so, no need for the vitriolic posts.

I let my work speak for itself, I am giving people a piece of art for their walls fromt heir wedding day and they love it, many other photographers remind me "if you can tell you have used photoshop then the photo is not good enough"...really? I can tell it is good enough when I have $3000 plus of print sales from the wedding lol.

People should worry about their own work and simply leave a productive comment on those works they do not like.

Great read, sorry for rant :pcbphotographyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04078547708025618702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6567908322012999511.post-86011588776472819412012-02-28T08:38:42.787-07:002012-02-28T08:38:42.787-07:00Well said, and I couldn't agree more!Well said, and I couldn't agree more!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08080738673528511295noreply@blogger.com
